A passionate software and network engineer, Joshua Herron started out creating various things online in the mid-2010's under the alias herronjo, including his own social media service STiBaRC and web-based game Ketchup the Banana. In 2020, he launched STiBaRC Records alongside Sophie Border and Joseph Madril, later founding its parent company STiBaRC, LLC. His debut single "Not a hype single at all" was released in November 2021.
